FED JUDGE ORDERS DEPORTATION FLIGHTS CARRYING ALLEGED VENEZUELAN GANGBANGERS TO RETURN TO US, BLOCKS TRUMP FROM INVOKING ALIEN ENEMIES ACT

A federal judge has temporarily blocked Donald Trump from using the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members without a hearing.

The judge ordered any removal flights to turn around after Trump signed a presidential action aimed at targeting the Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua, according to reports.
