It is reported that the King of England “refused” the opportunity to be photographed with Prince Harry during the Duke of Sussex’s recent trip to the UK. A man considered to be a royal biographer explained why this is so.
As a new development in the saga of the relationship between King Charles III and Prince Harry, the royal biographer spoke about the reason why the king did not meet with his son this week. Tom Bauer said that the monarch’s decision was due not so much to his busy schedule as to the fact that he deprived the Sussexs of the opportunity to enlist positive PR.
“She’s going to play the duchess and the royal family there,” Tom said. Speaking about Prince Harry’s motives for taking a photo shoot with King Charles III, Tom explained that the prince wanted to be photographed “so he could come to Nigeria and say, ‘I came here as a member of the royal family.'”
He then went on about his belief that Prince Harry and his wife were “exploiting poverty in London” and “making William and Kate look terrible.” “Buckingham Palace has rightly decided that ‘we are not going to play their game’ in this case,” Tom concluded.
The public reaction to Tom’s statements largely coincided with the opinion of the royal biographer. “I completely agree. Nothing that [Megan] and Lapdog are doing has a (not so hidden) background,” commented a social media user.
Another added: “Brilliant Tom says what the majority, if not the absolute majority, thinks about. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.” ” LOL. These rejected suitors are hilarious. But at the same time, it’s embarrassing…. Judging by the photos, he had his own photo shoots,” someone else said.
