Edgar Cayce (1877–1945), often referred to as the “Sleeping Prophet,” remains one of the most widely discussed figures in twentieth-century spiritual literature. During his lifetime, Cayce delivered thousands of documented readings while in a trance-like state. According to records preserved by the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.), these readings covered topics ranging from health and spirituality to philosophy, personal development, and historical themes.
