Chris Pratt’s understudy, Tony Mcfarr, has died at the age of 47. The actor mourned the death of his friend and shared how they became close on set. Mcfarr’s heartbroken mother also spoke out about the cause of his death and the place where the stuntman will be buried.
Actor Chris Pratt is inconsolable after losing his former understudy and friend Tony Mcfarr. Mcfarr, who died on May 13, 2024 in Orlando, Florida, starred with Pratt in several films such as Jurassic World, Passengers and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
The stuntman, who died at the age of 47, was close to Pratt, and they played golf together, drank whiskey and smoked cigars on set. “I will never forget his toughness,” Pratt said of his friend.
The actor, who shared his impressions of Mcfarr on Instagram stories, added: “I remember how he got a strong blow to the head (in the credits of “Guardians of Order 2″) and received several blows to the head – he returned to work, ready to get down to business again.”
