According to Just the News reporter John Solomon, a new legal scenario means Obama can be subpoenaed and forced to testify about his role in the 2016 Russiagate operation.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the twist: Obama enjoys immunity for presidential actions. But if he lies under oath \u2014 even once \u2014 that immunity vanishes.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf he lies as a private citizen about what he did as President, he\u2019ll no longer have that immunity,\u201d Solomon explained in a live interview. \u201cThat\u2019s the trap.\u201d<\/p>\n

Solomon reports that Obama presided over a White House meeting where top officials plotted to trap incoming NSA Michael Flynn. They had just cleared him, but still crafted a plan to get him into an interview, catch him in a lie, and prosecute him.<\/p>\n
