Witnessing two people in love starting their life together and saying \u2018I do\u2019 is always a delight.<\/p>\n

As expected, when they attended the wedding of US Marine Corps sergeant Joshua Newville and Senior Airman Emily Leehan, the guests were looking forward to having a great time, but little did they know that they would witness one of the most memorable scenes there are.<\/p>\n

When Leehan started reading her vows, she had prepared some for her stepson Gage as well. The sweet little boy was over the moon seeing his daddy getting married, and it was obvious he not only approved of his future mom, but he was truly happy with his father\u2019s choice.<\/p>\n

As his little eyes stared at Leehan, she turned to Gage and started reading her vows to him.<\/h2>\n

Her speech was so touching that everyone in attendance went \u2018awww.\u2019 There were tears of joy on most of the people\u2019s faces, but it was Gage\u2019s sweet reaction that stole the show.<\/p>\n

As he kept listening to his stepmother\u2019s words, he broke down in a flood of tears and wrapped his arms around her.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want you to be safe, and to try your hardest and to be a good person,\u201d Leehan said. She then said, \u201cDon\u2019t cry baby,\u201d because she noticed that the emotional moment was too much for that child to bear.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe last thing I hope you learn is that you are a special boy,\u201d Leehan went on to say. \u201cYou are so extremely smart, handsome, and kind to others. You have helped shape me into the woman that I am today and I may not have given you the gift of life, but life surely gave me the gift of you.\u201d<\/p>\n

After collecting their emotions, the couple proceeded sharing their vows.<\/p>\n

Right after the memorable ceremony, the newlyweds were reported to have remained on active-duty immediately. They postponed their honeymoon because they both had to return to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.<\/p>\n
