I nodded, feeling a mix of relief and lingering hurt. \u201cIt\u2019s not just about the pain, Owen. It\u2019s about support and respect. I need to know that you\u2019re with me, that you understand what I\u2019m going through and that you respect my experience.\u201d<\/p>\n
